Luminescence Therapy and Luminary Academy were founded by Andre and Violet Reid, seasoned professionals with extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With children on the autism spectrum in both sides of their family, the Reids were personally inspired to establish a center that embodied the values they hold most important: transparency, professionalism, compassion, and the creation of a positive, engaging learning environment.

Their vision was to provide a place where families could feel fully confident entrusting their children to a team of highly skilled and caring professionals. As Luminescence Therapy expanded, Andre and Violet met numerous families who faced challenges finding educational environments that aligned with these same values. In response, they founded Luminary Academy—an academic institution built on the same foundation of integrity, excellence, and individualized care.

At the core of both organizations is a steadfast commitment to safety, ethical practice, and adherence to the professional guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

The Reids are deeply honored by the trust and support of the community and remain committed to delivering a high-quality, empowering ABA experience.
